I.  26 members of the CDCMS met Sunday afternoon, 2:00 pm at the Bismarck Public Library.  Kevin Vetter called the meeting to order and we addressed the flag.  The meeting was brief as we needed to have a program an exit the room by 2:55.

II. Treasurers Report: Dues:  Dues are due.  $15 per person or per family.  Pay them to Victor ASAP.
Treasurers report: We have 7,470.49 in our account.
III. Committees report:

•  Recap of our Christmas Party:  We had an excellent turn out for the Christmas Party.  approximately 52 persons attended and everyone seemed to have a good time.  This next year we may relocate the event to A&B Pizza South, as they will have an area better suited for large groups. Several members stated this was the largest turnout they can remember for the Christmas party.
• Annual Show Committee: Tom Tupa is heading up the committee.  They will be moving forward on obtaining items for the grab bags so we have enough to fill the bags when the time comes.
• Program Committee: Our next program will be rock/mineral idenfication.  If you have an interesting rock or mineral you want to know more about.  Please bring it to the next meeting. Our next meeting will be at the Bismarck Public Library, Sunday February 7th at 2:00 pm in the lower level.
• Other Info:  Treasures of the Sea and Earth has grit and it’s at a great price.  Remember there is a discount for club members as well.  Remember them next time you need grit for tumbling.

Next Meeting:  Our meeting was adjourned and we had a brief but excellent hands on presentation by Becky Barnes on building wire gem trees.
